Section 1

Scope and identity

This notice applies to personal data processed in connection with the Insights Training website, public classes, exclusive company training, proposals, inquiries, coaching, courseware and related services, certificates, events, and post-training support.

For this notice, “Insights Training,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Insights MLA Business Solutions / Mpower Training Center, as applicable to the service or transaction. The principal business contact address is 7F Finman Centre, 131 Tordesillas Street, Bel-Air, Makati City, Philippines. Public training activities may also be conducted at Mpower Learning Manila, 222 Vivaldi Residences, 628 EDSA corner Aurora Boulevard, Cubao, Quezon City, or at other arranged locations.

Section 2

Personal data we may collect

The information collected depends on your interaction with us. We aim to request only information that is relevant to the stated purpose.

Identity and contact

Name, email address, mobile or telephone number, mailing or business address, and preferred contact channel.

Professional and company

Job title, department, company or organization, industry, participant profile, and authorized company contact details.

Training and service

Course interests, learning needs, schedule, delivery mode, attendance, submitted activities, feedback, assessment results where used, and certificate details.

Transaction and billing

Proposal details, billing instructions, invoice information, payment status and reference information. Payment-card credentials are generally handled by the relevant payment provider, when applicable.

Communications and files

Emails, messages, call notes, form responses, documents, spreadsheets, requirements, and other materials you choose or are authorized to provide.

Website and technical

IP address, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP, page interactions, referral source, cookies, logs, and similar technical data.

Photos, video and recordings

Event photos, class pictures, recordings or screenshots when there is an appropriate notice, agreement, permission, or other lawful basis.

Other necessary information

Information reasonably needed for accessibility, safety, legal compliance, service customization, or the resolution of a concern.

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. When sharing files or examples for training, coaching, AI site work, or Excel solutions, remove personal, confidential, financial, medical, or restricted company information unless its use has been specifically authorized and an appropriate handling arrangement has been agreed.

How data is collected

  • Directly from you through website forms, email, Viber, telephone, registration, proposal requests, surveys, feedback forms, agreements, class activities, and submitted files.
  • From your employer or authorized representative when a company nominates participants, requests a proposal, arranges billing, or administers a training engagement.
  • Automatically through the website using server logs, cookies, analytics, advertising technology, embedded content, and security tools.
  • From service providers or public sources when reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, confirm business information, protect the service, or comply with law.

Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed lawfully and may not apply when another lawful basis requires or permits continued processing.

Sharing, disclosure and service providers

We do not sell or rent personal data. Information may be shared only to the extent reasonably necessary with:

  • authorized Insights Training personnel, trainers, facilitators, assessors, coordinators and professional advisers;
  • your employer, company contact or authorized representative for a company-sponsored activity;
  • website hosting, cloud storage, email, messaging, proposal, registration, certificate, learning-management, video-meeting, payment, billing, analytics, advertising, security and content-delivery providers;
  • venues, logistics providers and event partners when required to deliver an arranged activity; and
  • government agencies, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or other parties when disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to protect lawful rights and safety.

Website pages may use or link to services operated by Weebly/Square, Google, SalesFlow, Bunny CDN, Elfsight, Viber, Google AdSense, Google Maps, Google Apps Script and other platforms. Some training engagements may also use Zoom, an LMS, payment services or client-selected platforms. These providers may process data under their own privacy notices and service terms.

Section 6

Cookies, advertising and embedded website tools

The website and its providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, server logs and similar technologies to operate pages, remember settings, protect forms, measure traffic, understand interactions, display or measure advertising, and load embedded services.

  • Essential or functional tools support website delivery, security, forms and embedded features.
  • Analytics tools help understand visits and improve content.
  • Advertising tools, including Google AdSense where present, may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver and measure ads subject to provider settings and applicable consent requirements.
  • Third-party embeds such as maps, proposal forms, video, chat or social content may receive technical information when loaded or used.

You can use browser controls to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect forms, chat, maps, embedded schedules or other features. Where a cookie-consent control is available, you may use it to manage optional categories.

Section 7

How long information is retained

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, an ongoing relationship, certificate or training-record verification, support, dispute resolution, security, and applicable legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements.

  • Inquiry and proposal records are retained while the request is active and for reasonable follow-up or business-record purposes.
  • Training, attendance and certificate records may be retained to administer the engagement, document completion, respond to verification requests and meet contractual or legal obligations.
  • Billing and transaction records are retained for the applicable statutory and accounting period.
  • Marketing contact information is retained until consent is withdrawn, you opt out, the purpose ends, or the record is removed under an appropriate review process.
  • Website logs, cookies and provider data follow configured settings and the relevant provider’s retention practices.

When information is no longer required, it is deleted, securely disposed of, anonymized, or placed beyond ordinary use, subject to technical limitations and lawful backup or archival requirements.

We use reasonable organizational, physical and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. Our services are generally intended for professionals and workplace learners. When a participant is a minor, registration and participation should be arranged by a parent, legal guardian, school, employer or another appropriately authorized adult. We do not knowingly invite minors to submit unnecessary personal data directly through the website.

International and cross-border processing

Some cloud, communications, advertising, website, learning or support providers may process or store information outside the Philippines. When personal data is transferred or processed by a third party, we remain responsible for using reasonable contractual or other measures appropriate to the service and applicable law. Provider locations and sub-processors may change over time.
