5S Implementation in the Workplace

This module aims to help participants identify various types of wastes in the office.  Then, participants will learn the 5S concept which aims to minimize and/or eliminate these wastes.

Objectives
  • Identify the different types of waste in the workplace;
  • Identify how 5S was used by various companies in eliminating waste;
  • Identify the components of 5S and how to apply them in removing wastes;
