Root Cause Analysis Training

This module is designed to equip employees and supervisors with a root cause analysis (RCA)–driven approach to workplace problem-solving. Instead of reacting to symptoms or quick fixes, participants learn how to systematically uncover underlying causes, validate them using data, and implement solutions that prevent recurrence. The workshop emphasizes disciplined thinking, structured analysis, and sound decision-making to ensure problems are addressed at their source and not repeated over time.​
