Using Design Thinking for Innovation

This workshop aims to introduce the concepts of Design Thinking, a relatively-new methodology in identifying problems and solving them in a manner that is human-centered (compared to the traditional problem-centered solutions.)  The tools in this module help in improving customer or employee experience, addressing sales performance, and many more!
